UE “Plant Belit” is engaged in the production of rags since 2008, which fully complies with the requirements provided for by TU BY 300077737.028-2010, and the requirements of the sanitary safety. For many years, our rags have been taking the leading position at the markets of the European and CIS countries, also at the markets of the Russian Federation.
Our customers have repeatedly noted the excellent properties of our rags during the usage at the process of absorbing oil, grease, dust removal, technical liquids, water, and at the same time the absence of lint and other dirt particles after working at any surface.
Our rags are versatile and practical!
The used clothes are pre-sorted, disinfected, and delivered to us from Europe for recycling. All raw materials are carefully sorted into such items as knitwear, cotton, flannel, terry, bed linen and standard, as well as rags are sorted into colored and light. This removes all unnecessary elements that are not related to textiles, such as buttons, buckles, leather, feathers, shoulder straps and other elements of similar products. For the convenience of the customer, all items of the clothes are cut into dimensional flaps of sizes from 40×40 cm
And as the result of this process we have a high-quality and easy-to-use rag, which is pressed by industrial method of 10 kg bag and packed in such _way in order to prevent the getting of dust, dirt and moisture inside the bag. The packaging is easily transported and compactly stored, which is important for optimizing the logistics process. This weight is due to the minimum rate of sale and shipment for the consumer. In addition, the loading and unloading does not require additional lifting mechanisms. At the customer’s request, each bale is marked with a self-adhesive tag, which indicates the seller’s details in the region with the his address and phone number
